1. Website Communications Are Not Encrypted Clinical Systems: Messages sent through our website contact forms or email are not encrypted clinical platforms. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, electronic communication may not be fully secure.

2. No Client–Provider Relationship is Formed Online:  Submitting a consultation request or email does not establish a psychologist–client relationship. A formal relationship begins only after:

• An initial consultation,

• Mutual agreement to proceed, and

• Completion of required consent documents.

3. Confidentiality of Services: Once services begin, all evaluations and communication are handled in accordance with federal and state privacy regulations (including FERPA and/or applicable state law, depending on the context of the evaluation).

4. Not for Emergencies: Website and email communication should not be used for urgent or emergency situations.
